Our real estate photography process is designed to ensure the highest quality images that highlight the best features of your property. We begin by ensuring each corner of the property is properly exposed and lit, adjusting the exposure and ambient light to achieve balanced brightness and contrast. This step captures vibrant and true-to-life images. Next, we edit the photos through a meticulous hand-blending process, ensuring all images are visually pleasing and accurately represent the property. This results in stunning, high-quality images that showcase the property in the best possible light. This detailed process ensures that we deliver exceptional images that help your property stand out in the market and attract potential buyers.
What can I do to prepare for a home shoot?
Great question! We've outlined all necessary steps in our NestVisions Photography Prep Checklist document. The process involves ensuring the house is in photo-ready shape, decluttering, and securing and removing pets. Click here to download a copy of the checklist.
How long does a photo shoot take?
The length of our photography shoot will typically depend on the size of the home. You should account for at least 90 minutes for a typical single family home. For more expansive estates, the process may be closer to 2 or 2.5 hours.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
Unless it is a heavy downpour, we suggest proceeding with the shoot regardless of weather conditions. Our editing process includes sky replacements, ensuring that exterior photos will still appear bright and sunny. However, if you prefer to reschedule, there is no additional cost incurred.
